Maybe someone with more TC experience than myself can help me here. My TC driver keeps loosening the bolt that holds it to the motor shaft. I have tried both blue, then red Lock-Tite. I have given the red an entire weekend to cure, but, within 20 mins, the outer face of my driver is free and I can crank the bolt in about 2 full turns before it becomes snug. When I hit the kill, the face continues to spin freely until it stops or you manually stop it from spinning more. I have no idea how to keep this from backing out again. This looks to be my last resort.

i had the exact same problem. what i did was (using no lock-tite (but maybe a bit of Teflon tape (its what i had on hand))) then i just simply tightened the thing as much as i could. you will notice while you tighten the bolt the engine will wan't to spin. you can pull the recoil until it engages to prevent that, or use either a strap wrench or you hand to just hold on to the pulley itself. having not thought of the recoil idea, and not owning a strap wrench, i held on with my hand, which worked excellently (and did fix the problem) until my hand slipped and my pinkie finger got jammed between the sharp edge of the milled aluminum back plate, and the driver which was bolted securely to the crank. the result of that was getting my finger nail sliced in half, i have just about heeled now, only took 5 months.

only thing you need to know is that you should pull the recoil, and really tighten the bolt at the same time.

I have pulled the recoil to hold it still while tightening, but when I crank it down to full tightness, my recoil handle does not want to pull out any further than where it beings to engage. I have no clue why or what's jamming (if it's even a jamming issue), but I can get it tight, just not fully cranked down for some reason.

I'm definitely no expert but in the video it looks to me like you have some sort of "traction" problem while underway..... :D Looks really man. Good job.
