I've posted a bit about this kart asking for help while I was building it. You can view my progress and questions about it by using a search.
It has a low-hour 420 Predator with electric start, new Blast LED 40 series clutch, PWK carb (30 mm, I think), new front wheel bearings, new custom made jackshaft with new bearings and drive gear, conversion to hydraulic brakes (which need some final adjustment), new air filter, air shocks all around, very decent tires all around, new headlights, and wrapped roll cage. The roll cage wrap is colorful--you may or may not like it. If you don't, It will come right off. The internal governor is removed, the cam an springs are stock.
A cool feature of this cart is that the engine is mounted as sprung weight as opposed to moving up and down on the swing arm. I think this is quite a good feature given that it came from the factory with an engine weighing quiet a bit less (also with only about 1/2 the horsepower).
It's up and running fine, but still needs a bit of love to be "perfect"
I had much fun putting it together but decided that my other cart is better suited for my needs.
It has two problems: One: the stock factory steering is sloppy, two: the exhaust is poorly fabricated and ugly. I was planning on either buying a pre-made exhaust or welding up a better looking one.
I'm in central Texas in San Marcos. I have no real Idea what this Kart is worth, but I listed if on our local FB Marketplace yesterday for $1,300 and have had some interest. I have a good place for a test drive (If you crash it I will call the police and swear you stole it).
Get it touch please if you want to see this classic American-made cart from days gone by.
