i have a predator motor i picked up and i wanted to get a kit like this but does anyone know how loud it will be my neighbors all ready complained about the old motor but i had a loud exhaust

Sorry, but if you go that route, they may very well burn you at the stake. That kit is all about making power. Polite social manners never even came close to the designers minds....
