Hi all, getting deeper into this rebuild of a manco American cruiser for my daughter. I am close to mounting the 1" pillow block bearings for the solid axle and am kind of stuck. I may be over thinking it but here we go, I will be mounting the bearings to the under side of the frame but I am having trouble trying to figure out the best way to make a bracket to avoid boring through the round tubing of the frame. This things heavy and I don't want to cause any weak points. Please send photos or suggestions. Many thanks.

Heres a pic of the rail the bearing will mount to. It will be right behind the band brake bracket. Also a pic of the pillow block I have ordered. Thanks guys.E887A20D-FF5F-4064-81B2-D303B92326CA.jpg

Just weld a piece of nice square tubing to the side and drill the holes in the tube for the blocks.
