Can you find a washer to take up the extra room and weld it? maybe even if it fits inside the sprocket you could drill it out until it fits the wheel?

I duuno if that would be the best way though.

OOooooooooo...

Maybe you can find a bigger washer to weld to the wheel and bolt the sprocket to that?

ya i just tac welded it and kept spinning the wheel till i got it centered and welded it really good, i also rode it i was going 60kph it was so fun
