350w motor? Not on a Kart.
Scooter, powerwheels, definitely. Bicycle maybe, but not with the #25 chain. A kart will just be too heavy for anything under 1500w and even that on a light Kart isn't going to be impressive.

IMO (& experience) a 48V 1,000W (~1.3HP) motor will easily motivate a light kart

...it is powered by (4) 12V 20AH SLA batteries
...& is motivated by a 48V 1,000W MY-1020 brushed motor (~1.3HP)
