What about this for a street kart

I'm trying to decide if i should rebuild my 8hp motor, buy torque conv, new carb etc. or buy a motor like that and make it a shifter kart. I am still looking for more bottom end then top speed

That is a good engine, and still cheaper than buying all that crap for your 8 horse, you can gear it low also so it has more low end.Those 4 strokes have good low end lugging power anyway.
