In seconds, they’re off, like warp speed. Wonder what the slope of the road surface is like at the starting line.
70 MPH is insane. 😬

That is not even a road. It might be a bike or walking path. Too steep and narrow for me!

Sparky, that is a road. A proper two lane highway and in excellent shape for South America where you might expect much worse conditions (potholes, patches) than in North America. If it was a bike path with no guardrails and such, these guys would truly be crazy.

So I assume the lean back is to lighten the front wheels to reduce drag?
But then I see them cranking back in the turns.
The "get off and push" right before the cobblestone was hilarious.

Maybe Hack could sell them some awesome friction-less bearings.

I donated some over the years to young'ns that were involved in downhill racing.
Soapbox derby, skate boards that kinda stuff, If they were young and had a good line of BS, l would help em out. I had pics they would send back covering a wall.
A lot of fun projects, but the most fun was the 2011 Datona. Built bearings for the Wood brothers. I got a tee shirt!
