Ok so far no one has answered my question as to where the seals are except on the side cover. But it doesn't sound like this kid is going to know how to do any of my suggestions anyway so i needn't bother.

if you watch the video you will see where its sealed, i have rebuilt many dirt bike engines both 2 and 4 stroke but im just sort of new to these types of engines, im just looking for any tips like maybe different types of oil or anything, im going to rebuild my clutch soon because there was a guy at the track who's clutch was slipping because he used way too much chain lube, i just want to take it apart and clean the friction disks up because ive been using it for 3 years

I thought they made you run a shoe clutch in that class.. the clutch is a critical part for sure in such a spec class. Not sure how much tooling you have but you will want to make sure you are dead on with piston pop up as it will be heavily teched but is probably the single best power adder area to be found. Your carb jetting will also be critical and your valve lash. You'll need to do that for torque since i believe these motors only have a 6100rpm rev limiter.
