As a natural born hoarder, I tend to pick up things that nobody else wants for reasons I can't fathom...

So here's a new keep-from-shooting-myself-from-boredom thing. Already mocked up a temp sprocket, ripped apart the things that appear to run on some sort of electricity, and found out that it already had a #35 18t sprocket on it from factory behind the #25 80t sprocket. However it's a one way hub and the correct side was the wrong direction. I got this lil' GC190 of a junk tiller that might just do the trick. Also picked up this cool mini pedal kart with a 80cc bicycle engine on it. (For kids under 8).

Anyone else personally converted on of these MX600s?

I don't even have a trunk to throw my junk in......
Just a plastic bin crappily strapped to the back of my go kart with twine........

But hey, karters can't be choosers! :lolgoku:

I say shove the biggest engine you can in there!

You might have some trouble with the throttle system on the GC190. I have a GC160 (the 190s little brother), and there are no-bolt on throttle controls for remote (cable) operation. So the only way to put a throttle on one of these is to rig up a cable mounting bracket, and do some riggery, and hope for the best.

This engine is already set up to be run with a cable throttle since the tiller is all hand controls. Only complaint like with 97% engines under 277cc they don't have something for a charge coil. And I can't find anything under 212 that does other than a crappy Baja engine. Every build I have has some sort of lighting on it and were CREE or SMD LEDs are efficient the COBs on the other hand aren't, and that all I have for spare lighting. 7ah battery last about 45min with a cheap Walmart LED driving light kit.
