Monster moto preditor swap question

Hi all... Getting ready to put preditor 212 in my monster moto 80...have watched several videos and I am pretty clear on everything. The only thing I'm wondering is....all the videos show cutting off the oil drain plug to mount the engine...kinda makes changing the oil a pain.... isn't there a better way so as not to have to do that? Thanks in advance for any advice....love the forum!

Why can't you use the plug in the back? There are two oil drains right? and two dipsticks?
