Missing Throttle Linkage

Hi I am new so hope this is the correct place for my query.
We have an old Dingo and when driven around a bumpy field the throttle linkage went missing so the engine runs at full speed all the time.
Can anyone help me identify the missing parts?
As can be seen in the bottom photograph, there should be a rod and or linkage from the plate at the bottom of the fuel tank which rotates when the throttle is depressed to the bottom of the black plastic fitting which also connects to the engine governor rod and the carburetor butterfly.

No, we want to dismantle the carb to give it a good clean but no point if we can't get the linkage.
As I said it was running well until the parts went AWOL!

ok i can only guess but that black Plastic piece held on by one screw flipped itself when the linkage rod fell out? now the hole for the linkage rod is at the bottom? if that bolt is loose and the plastic Piece is dangling free spin it back over and close the throttle butterfly. you should be able to bend the linkage rod and get it slipped back through the hole.

Hi thanks for the info. Yes the hole is at the bottom. It is still connected to the rod coming from the engine governor and the rod to the butterfly. The only problem is we have the lost the throttle rod and have been unable to find out what the replacement should be. Hope this makes sense.

Hi, thank you for all your help. Been out of action all week and can't get out to look at the machine until maybe 4-5 May. I hope you did not think I was being ignorant by not responding. I certainly appreciate all your assistance.
