Minibike Gear Ratio Help

I am putting an engine on my bike, which has about 20 inch wheels. I need gear ratio suggestions. The engine I am using is a Tecumseh 3 HP TWO STROKE engine off a snowblower. I need to know what gear ratio to use on this type of engine.

small HP two stroke.. just assume a top speed of ~ 25mph
for a 5500 rpm engine that'd be a 13:1 ratio roughly.

check the max rpm of the engine and we can be more precise

I would agree. From about 11:1 up till 13:1 with those tyres

I can't find any information that says the max rpm of that kind of engine.
