mini monster truck go kart with atv parts

hey guys well time for a new project im new to the forum . i tough making a build log im building a mini monster truck for my boy i got a 1985 suzuki 185 witch i will be chopping up for the engine/ trans tires engine mount front suspension and rear drive system im pretty much frankeinsteining it together ... here are some pics of the progress of the build feel free to give me your input thanks

Wow, that should be really cool. You'll really need to beef up that old Action kart, but I'm sure you know that already.

yes sir got some 1 inch .120 wall to do all the re inforcement for that 185cc engine

i am gonna need some help with a jack shaft set up so if any one can give me some pointers on how to make one and how to gear it i only have the stock front and rear sprockets for the 1985 suzuki lt 185 i know its a 520 chain any help will help

That really is some heavy duty chain. Check suppliers till you can find sprockets for that pitch and then assemble the jack-shaft. You can find bearings or bearing hangers for whatever size shaft you pick out for the sprockets.

how about put the body on the quad and sell that vintage kart? that way you get suspension too.

Yeah those things are cool. But to be honest if I bought one I would take the body of it hang it on the wall of my shop and just drive the kart without the body.

I'm going to take a WAG here and say there's no way in HE// that Bigfoot kart is worth half of what they're asking. It's probably a basic kart underneath with a body on it. I could very well be wrong though.
