mini kart/buggy

hey everyone im new to the site and i love it lots of great info. Im thinking of building a kart to fit me i have a one tire fire carter two seater powered by a 6.5 honda, but it way to small and a lil under powerd. im 6'3 and 280lbs so i was going to build one. maybe use the front end off of a race 4 wheeler like a banshee or something like it. also i have a honda 3813 lawn mower thats got either a 13hp or 18hp but its liqued cooled shaft driven. could this motor be used also what kind of swing arm should i run? has this been done before? thanks in advanced...

iam looking into doing the same set up but i'm thinking of using the rear swing arm and building my chassis too look like a class 1 desert race car. iam have a 13 horse Honda for now but going too swap out too a motorcycle engine with a clutch-less shifter later down the road once my kids gets older.
