There's only one thing wrong with that whole assembly that I can see:

Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever weld anything to an axle

That goes for the jackshaft too...

I know that welding any part to the axle is wrong and should not be done, either for replace the part or to align the chain with the sprocket or the disc with the caliper and also because it can warp from the heat.:( I did it that way because here in Peru nobody sell calibrated axles and the one y bought is slightly oval and the humbs did not fit like they should.:mad2:

Here I leave today's photos

I hope it's finished for Christmas. At least for a test drive:auto:

That thing looks sick, nice work

If you haven't welded them yet, may I suggest a lower angle for the rear shocks; laying them down a bit (so the angle at the top is close to the angle at the bottom) will reduce the shear factor

Thank you all for the support :D

Regarding the change of angle in the rear shocks, you are referring about placing them more horizontal right? I was thinking to get a little more travel, putting them more horizontal, as the shocks are quite hard.:worried2:

Unfortunately I did not understand very well the explanation but dont worry. ;)
At the end I tested about 5 positions (different angles and heights) to see the behavior of the shocks. If they are not right, you can always cut and look for a better position.
