Hello all. Newbie here. I got this mini buggy on a trade and I'm having for issues with it. It has a yonghe 150cc motor in it. Not sure of the buggy maker as all identifying tags are gone.

1. When I get the engine started, it won't stay started. I adjusted the idle screw and fix that issue but it revs up and down. If I get it to a point to where it sounds where it needs to be, it will only idle for a minute or 2 and try to die. Slight adjustment in and it will increase and them rev.

2. There is alot of vibration when giving it throttle.

3. When driving, will be go but when I get to full throttle, the engine is bogging. I stopped and played with the throttle on the carb and took it to full and it for sure is bogging at 3/4 to full.

4. Turn signals make a god awful buzzing noise when choosing left or right and they dont work.

That's the main issues atm. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Probably a fuel mixture issue, just by number 1 and 3. Can you tell any difference in how it runs when the engine is cold versus when it's hot?

Turn signals... you probably just want to find out where the buzzing is coming from. I can't imagine the buzzing is normal and I'd think it would be what's causing the problem.

Vibrations are pretty normal for gokarts. Just make sure your axles are straight and your sprockets are lined up well. Notably your vibrations should be in tune with your engine speed rather than your kart speed. Rolling downhill with the engine off can help you discern the difference.
