mini bike price

I recently put a 6.5 hp honda clone on a baja doodlebug (the kind that can be bought at kragens). I panted it all up and it looks pretty clean. I was considering selling it on craigslist but im not sure how much to ask for it. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area (San Jose to be exact) if that matters. What do you guys suggest i set the price at? Thanks

start high and go down from there. post it for 600 if no relys go to 550 and so on. Makje sure to wait 3-4 days before dropping price or if you have lots of intrest then have no shows repost at same price. Be sure to explain thats its a new motor and that its recently painted. Pics will get you much further also.

But just dont post it to low, 600 here in Minneapolis Minnesota for that would be expensive but in cali may be much different.

You're right about that. That's probably what I would see them for on craigslist. Minimum of $500.

thanks guys. i was thinkin around 500. here i see rolling frames for usually around 200-300. and i cant find anything that is complete or runs for under 400 most of the time

im in NY around fulton and i have seen those being sold for like 400
