I'd suggest buying a DB-30 by Baja. They are a great little bike, but a clone is just a mounting plate away. It has a disc brake and really nice tires. Just an idea. Here is my minibike on the frame that you have in your post.

I know that the bearings are in the wheels, but if the axel is spinning, and theres no bearing where the axel connects to the frame, wouldnt that cause problems? Or is the sprocket connected to the hub, and the axel stays stationary? Either way, do you like the way the two tabsthat hold the rear axel hold up? They look so flimsy to me and im afraid that with trails and yard riing its going to break quickly

Find an older minibike that has suspension. I would not want to ride this thing on trails at all. I do hit some nasty bumps with it, never broke. The axle does not spin on this. It is held stationary.

(After saying this I fear that the back axle will now run away, jynxing myself haha.)

I 2nd the suspension, unless your riding on pavement.
The axle does not spin in the tabs, it gets tightend up and has spacers between the tabs and bearings.
They do look a bit light but I bet they would hold up better than you think but if not they are easy enough to beef up as long as you can weld or know someone who could weld it for you.

They will definitely soften the ride but won't do anything for control, in other words, the bike is still going to bounce on hard bumps, suspension is more for control of the vehicle than it is for a soft ride.

eagle, how do you like how the bike is holding up so far? it looks like youve got some bumpy riding conditions. Anything you like alot, or dislike alot? Give me a run down of your opinion of the bike. Would you buy another?
