Looks like rupp scrambler forks for sure. And it looks like a HPE Muskin Cat frame for sure. not sure of the exact model. the guys on oldminibikes.com would be able to tell you. And like you said the wheels are nothing special. But those forks are worth about 80 bucks or more . the frame not so valuable by itself maybe 3o bucks but the kick stand alone is probrobly about $50 if its in good shape. Rear wheel is an asuza tri-star not sure on the value but they still make them. I dont know about the front wheel it looks like pocket bike but i could be wrong

Thanks for the info! Will check out oldminibikes.com for sure. Might have a new restoration project on my hands if all pans out!
