Mini bike ID needed

Anyone know what the hell this is?
One of my scrap metal guys just dropped it off at my work place.
Was sitting outside for a couple years.
Looks like it might have had a small bore shifter engine on it, but really do not know. Very small engine mount foot print.
Front fork is seized, but otherwise has potential.
Anybody?

It's a stripped-down pocket bike. You can buy complete 49-100cc motors on eBay for cheap. But EVERYTHING seems to be missing.

Maybe you can shoehorn in a turbo v-twin Vanguard motor. Make a nice drag bike. hehe.

Not a pocket bike...at least not like the ones I've seen.
Wheels are 13 x 5.00 x 6 front and 13 x 6.50 x 6 rear. Too big for pocket bike...no?
On the heavy side as well.

yea its a pocket bike. Called a cateye, easily identified from the wide wheel on back. They come with 49cc strimmer style engines.
