mini bike help

my in-law brought home this 100cc 2 stroke mini bike it was kinda rough with a cracked windshield and wouldnt start.

so we took off the carb cleaned it up, checked compression, new sparkplug, and some fresh clean gas with a 2 cycle oil 28:1.

still wont start up...? any ideas?

yea post some pics, 28:1 is an odd mix ratio, you sure thats what it calls for? Will it pop with a teaspoon of pre-mix poured into the cyl?

yea i know i usually use 32:1 but it says it right on the gas tank and i havent tried that yet but i'll get some piks up in a couple mins.

Check the spark on it. Then if you have to use WD 40 as ether. Do not use Ether though.
