Milling a predator head

So I have decided to mill the head on my predator while I have access to the equipment to do so. I have Done a little porting and polishing on it and I was wondering how much is a good amount to take off? I am already assuming I will have to run 93 octane or a little better but what is a good ballpark figure to take off? .005"? .020"?

Well, I took it to school today and asked my instructor if it could be milled. He said "No. it can't be mounted." Sooooo, I sat there and looked and looked and played around and eventually came up with a way to mount the thing. Lucked out and it leveled out on the machine with minimal adjustments and so I went on and milled it .030". Also went ahead and ported and polished it some more. And monday I will be flow testing it
