I put some stuff on craigslist to trade and someone sent me a trade offer so I called him and he sent me these three pictures. I have no clue what the model or make so if anyone knows please help another member out. Plus the stuff I listed on Craigslist was just collecting dust but I wanted to know if you think it's a good trade? Here is my Craigslist ad.

And here is the kart. He told me that it has a new HF 6.5 engine and only need a new rear tire.

IMO, you'd probably pay somewhere around $400 - $600 for a running kart like that (am I close?) If you were to sell your gear outright, would you be happy to get that much?

Do it. everyday the audio equipment loses value, but the go kart will always be worth about $300 min.

Thanks for all your input! I hope everything goes good and it will be in my garage this weekend.

I think its a really good deal because like I said all that stuff was sitting collecting dust.

@qtband Your right but I have a new system that is collecting dust for over a year so maybe trading the amp that I still use might make me install all that new stuff. The old system only had the 2 amps, 10s and touch screen. The new system has 5 amps (6800w) with 2 15", 6 5x7s and a carputer running Centrafuse. I already put the 10" drop downs and the 7" headrest for the kids, it helps to shut them up!

No not yet, he moved it to tomorrow but I did pick up a trailer I got from CL. It needs a little work. I plan on making it a double decker. Its a 5x8 foot heavy duty that used to hold one of those big gray Lincoln welders.

Ohh. Start a thread in the "other builds" section. I'm a utility trailer nut and was thinking about some sort of double-decker concept. Let's see!

Nope didn't happen this weekend but I did call and we set it up for next Saturday. He called Saturday off and I couldn't make it on Sunday because of personal thing. It's 2 hours away so it's not easy to get but I will sooner or later. :)

Long day just picked this kart up today and I am so tired. I didn't do anything but drive 5 hours. The tire looks fine maybe a small fixable hole but looks new, at most a tube will be needed. Front tires need to be replace. Thats all I can see right now but I will post pictures and a little more info. I did get the trailer off CL and the fenders were not on so yesterday I bolted them on and when putting the tires back on they didn't fix. LOL

Question: Is 5X8 trailer supposed to have 16" wheels? It's a single axle and the sticker says it will hold 3,500 pounds. The hub has 6 - 1/2 studs.
