I have the Mikuni 22mm with the curved intake. It came with either the 95 or 100 main jet.
It runs pretty well. Right now the plug is a dark tan as compared to a light one. I can still adjust the carb a little leaner if needed. Ridht now I'm on the middle setting.

Re-reading some info from the seller, they said it was necessary to rejet when using the intake I have. Of course they make no suggestions.

I mostly operate my bike at 3500-5000 ft.
Any idea's which size/s might be good, or if I need any at all.

Just guessing that in thinner air, more air would be required than fuel, so a bigger jet would probably make it run too rich?

Spark plug reading is a gradual thing.. was the engine killed at full throttle
(gives the most accurate reading on a semi-new plug)
fresh plugs will take a few days to even get to the correct color on properly tuned carbs.
or let's rather say a few hours of runtime.

Old oiled plugs that have been cleaned on the other hand are too dark already, so a correct reading again will take a few more hours for the deposites to vanish... even if the carb is perfectly dialed in.

So, if your engine is running good, and you just think it might need a tiny bit of adjustment, make no more than an eights of a turn on the high speed needle and test it..
your but should know if it's better or worse... and if there's no difference.. stick with the new setting for a few miles and recheck the plug then just to have the most accurate reading possible.

Anyways.. this table is I think is about half way between too many and too little depicted plug readings.

Yes, you could adjust plug temp on some occasions if you like... but frankly I doubt that'll be necessary at all.
