MCP Brake Adjustment

I'm not getting much at all for brake engagement on a new setup. Bled the lines using the MCP bleeder bottle kit to the best of my abilities. I think I've got too much pad to rotor clearance.

1. Are the two allen keyed bolts on the caliper the right bolts to adjust the pads in closer?

2. I turned each of these in about a quarter turn. There's a decent amount of resistance. Do I need to crack the bleeder screws when adjusting these in or am I okay to tighten them down with the system sealed up?

I can see by your photo that you have too much gap on the pads. Yes, there are 2 allen head bolts that will close that gap. It can be a real pain in the butt to get them bled right. I've posted numerous times on these brakes. Do a search. I ended up making my own beeder using low air pressure to push the fluid and bleed them. Sounds kinda crazy, but it works. Just have to go slow. I couldn't use the bleeder bottle. The master cylinder doesn't have room for the bottle above it. The arm kept hitting the bottle.
