Maybe a Hartman?

Hello to all. I love this site and always come here to find answers. This kart has me stumped. Where I live people consider things like this kart trash so belive it or not I picked up a Manco 415 ? and this one for $35 for both. Neither one is complete but could be. Ok the Manco fairly common but I believe this is a Hartman. Looks similar to me but? The kart has American Dibranetics disk brake w/airheart rotor. The other is the clutch. All aluminum also motor mounts. Never seen before. It has a Borg Warner rear axle shaft bearing and a live axle. Measurements are 45 1/4 wheel center to wheel center. 69 3/4 long. 39in rear hub to rear hub. So any ideas? Appreciate your time thanks.

Maybe a Hartman

So does anyone know what clutch this is?

Other than "It's an old axle clutch" it's hard to say without more detailed pictures.
Might be a Hegar.

Just out of curiosity, what is the overall length from top center of the chassis tube at its farthest front to the top center of the tube at its farthest rear?
It doesn't resemble a Hartman Sprint chassis but looks more like an Enduro frame of some sort to me.
I'd also venture to guess the steering upright has been replaced.

Here are some more pics. From center of rear to center of lower frame is 68 1/4 - from center of rear to center of bumper guard is 70 1/4. Hope these pics help.
