Maxtorque clutch

I guys i was wondering if it would be alright if i bored a 20mm hole on a 3/4 bore clutch. Would it still be safe.

why whouldnt you just take some sandpaper to the spinning shaft and tak off that mm

You cant bore the clutch out, there's a keyway built into it.
