Depends on gearing/weight/drag/incline/wheel size/motor cycles(2 or 4)/HP/luck/personal preference/$ to spend... plus alotta other variables that can only be answered properly w/ the proper info received... in other words... this being your first post (welcome) we know nothing about you or what it is that you are 'trying' to get done... other than go 62mph on a go kart(wondering if he knows the closer you are to the ground the faster your momentum seems)... and even if we did know... its all about personal preferences that make a kart your own.

150cc to do 62mph(100kph)... I 'suppose' anything is possible... Ive heard that if one drops a kart off a cliff itll eventually do 80mph even w/out a motor...lol. But honestly, 150cc to do 62mph?!... only w/ gears(as in a multi-gear box)... plus virtually NO extra weight... and you 'may' reach it?!... dont know... im happy w/ my 25-30mph.

I just run it on the road go-kart course , not on the cliffs . okay , I 'll notice about the gearbox , weight , and size whell . Can you explain in more detail about the incline ?

You can hit the 100km/h mark easily with a say 100cc two stroke kart engine and direct drive (or centrifugal clutch)

But your initial question is somehow close to..
"Hi I'm in puberty and I want to kill myself quickly with a kart.. please help"

And we don't do that around here.
Show your plans first, what frame do you intent to use?
And please don't say you will make your own;
that's not really recommended for a novice asking for 62mph!

So tell us more about your project, and of course your skills.

hahahaha, it is similiar to what my mother said about the project. i'm interested to make a car like owen shaw fastfurious 6 flip car, but i know that i will spends a lot of money. so i think i will make the "little" version. that's why i ask " can 150cc engine can got 100kmph?" . my skills? i don't know how great my skill but i think i can handle a 100kmph gokart

i'm sorry if my english is bad, i'm using google translate

For the size "car" your wanting, you are going to want an atv/motorcycle engine with a manual gearbox., yes a 150cc dirt bike/atv engine will get you to 100kph.....
