Is there anyone who makes some sort of manual clutch that can be installed on a Kart?

No. You wanna shift? Get a dirt bike motor and enjoy.

You are either going to have to make something yourself or get a bike engine. You can also buy a forward/reverse gearbox from MFG Supply
