Looks to me like a yard-kart that's for riding and having fun.
In my area, a kart like that in good condition can go for up to $800. or more.

They were used as promotional items. In this case Valvoline Motor Oil. Not worth a whole lot. In perfect condition and running maybe on a good day $1,000.00. In average or used condition under $500.00 in running condition. Probably less.
