I'll just copy the last answer I gave ;)

My name is carlton i just bought a manco intruder 2 model #617c-01 for the kids and it needs a belt and clutch i am having a hard time finding a darn part number or the correct belt for it can anyone plz help

Manco part# 5959
slightly different than the next Comet belt (part# 203589A)
O.C is 27.40" as opposed to 27" (so watch out on amazon or so)

find it here:
http://gokartsupply.com/tcbelts.htm

the clutch is a Comet series 30 torque converter (driver and driven combo needed)
if you need spares or parts only.. try mfgsupply.com
if you need a complete set, find it on ebay (chinese copys are cheap but still reliable)

the Torque converter IS the clutch!
(you either have a centrifugal clutch OR a torque converter on a go kart.. not both)

The TC consists of two crucial parts, the driver clutch (the variable pulley that mounts to the engine PTO shaft) and the driven pulley (the one on the jackshaft) [those two are conencted by the belt you're about to order]
IDK what you have, what you need, what's missing if anything at all.

So, maybe post some pics to let us know.

Well i took the pullys apart and made sure everything was in good working order which it was, some emery cloth and it all is cleaned up,and i will be getting the belts delivered today. Drained all the old gas and put a new spark plug in it and it runs great,

you disassembled the driven?
Do not forget to preload the spring correctly when putting it back together!
turn the cam clockwise into the next valley tightening the spring; push the cam down and lock it with the snap ring.
