The reason that your clutch is now burning up is that you are geared too high. You should at least have a 6:1 ratio. This would mean a 10T clutch and 60T axle sprocket. With tiny tyres like yours, I am not even sure that a 60T would clear the ground. This is why you had a jackshaft in the first place. It would probably be better if you replaced it and geared appropriately again. The grinding down of the teeth could have been due to misaligned sprockets of a tight chain

So If I Get Bigger Tires Would I B Ok With The 60t

It depends on the size you are going to get. Getting bigger tyres is like gearing your kart higher (which is not a good thing for you). As long as they are not too large (more than 14"), I think you might get away with it. You would still be borderline though

...every word starts with a capital yet not a punctuation mark in sight ...

Yeah, that small sprocket is a bit fubar. The unfortunate thing is (I'm assuming) it's joined to the large sprocket (am I right?) which would mean replacing the whole assembly or, somehow, separating the two & figuring a way of reconnecting a new one.

We would have to get a clearer view of what your jackshaft looked like. It does look like those two sprockets are joined. I am not too sure why though. If you could, snap some zoomed out pics so that we can see what we are working with. Maybe give us tyre size and sprocket tooth counts while you are at it

What clutch are you using at the moment?
