After I had purchased the go kart frame, I identified it as the Manco Grape Escape 112cc kart. I then purchased a predator 212cc engine along with a torque converter from amazon. Once I had both the engine and torque converter I mounted the torque converter to the engine and then mounted the engine on the frame. Then I ordered a rear live axle kit from amazon; however, when I opened it up and tried to put it together, the axle itself was too short. I researched so much on the kart but it’s like it has been erased from existence. It’s been around a year from the time I gave up on the kart. Now I am back and did some more research and could not find anything. The only promising thing I found was this website and now I am typing this. What do I need help with? I need help finding a rear axle kit along with a brake system to go with my torque converter and engine. I have put some pictures to go along with this story and cry for help.

They sell many different length and sizes of keyed live axles. along With tons of different live axle sprocket hubs and wheel hubs. band or disk brakes. how long is the axle you have now? and how are you gonna be riding it? just through a parking lot? roads? massive flat yard?

You'll need like 4 bearings to mount that axle through those tubes. And I guess in that one gap under the engine there you'll need to fit a brake disc next to the sprocket somehow. I'm getting a little weepy just thinking about it.

This is the link for the kit i purchased. If you or anyone thinks I can use some of these parts with the axle it reply to this. I feel so stupid but this is my first time ever doing a project like this.

Do you have any ideas of what I exactly need or not? Could you reply with some links to parts or kits that could work?

Refer to one of the links I sent you previously then check these images I'm providing. Look at the exploded part image first then go to the numbered list and check the part number. Look for the rear axle in the exploded image then look for the part number in the list. Check with Go Power Sports, BMI Karts, Go Kart Supply and MFG Supply and see if that number cross references or is available. Your rear axle is part #9 in the exploded image and #9 in the parts list 12993. Go Power Sports has a 12933 axle. Hope this helps.

yup I found them and i think gonna buy 4 thanks to ezcome-ezgo's advice even though the manual requires only 2
https://www.gopowersports.com/lower-suspension-arm-collar/
along with that I found the spanner on go power sports
Apart from these parts could I potentially use any items from the kit I bought a year ago.

Most of the components look to be light duty. You could try & see if anything fits your kart but it isn't likely. That T8F chain is for electric scooters and pocket bikes.
I received the axle, bearings, and spanner. I bought 2 bearings because ezcome-ezgo said it only needed two; however after reviewing the manual it requires 4 (#63, and #5). So I ordered two more; however, I don't know what else I need.

I was looking at seats since they seem like they would be easy to find without any help but bmikarts double cushioned seats are all to big. I already have half a seat (The top one in the pictures) its 21.5" long and 10.5" tall. I just need a bottom.
https://www.gopowersports.com/manco-double-seat/ I think this bottom may work though?

Other than the seat and the other two bearings I don't know what else I need.

Grab a small section of 1/2" or 5/8" plywood, some dense padding, some vinyl and some threaded inserts. You can get the plywood and threaded inserts at any big box store and the vinyl & padding at Jo Ann Fabrics or a craft store. Cut the plywood 26" across or wide and 10-1/2" deep. Remove the seat from the kart, lay the plywood down then lay the seat frame on the plywood. Mark the holes for the inserts that match the holes in the seat frame. Lift the seat frame off. Using an 11/32" drill bit, drill four holes then thread the inserts into the holes. Cut the padding to fit the plywood base. Lay a sheet of vinyl down, lay the padding on it then the wood seat base last. Cut the vinyl but leave enough around the edges to wrap it around the plywood. Wrap the vinyl around the seat base then staple the edges. Lay the seat frame on the completed seat base and bolt the frame to the seat with 1/4" bolts. I've rebuilt probably 20 seats this way.
