Manco dingo

I just bought a Manco dingo with a 10hp tecumseh motor on it . Had to change out the carburetor and after doing so the throttle control assembly isn’t working properly anybody have any pictures of how it should be set up or had this issue before

When you hit the gas pedal it doesn’t do anything

Most of the Tecumseh engines were setup for snow blowers. See if this video helps.

I would also loosen the screw holding the throttle cable then pull down on the cable to tighten it. Looks like too much slack in it.

Get someone to work the gas pedal and see what is happening with the linkage.

Go it figured out and started it up and it ran very poorly , thought it was carburetor so we changed it out and started it up and it sounded like it was flooding itself out . Checked the oil there was gas in it , noticed the fuel pump leaking Going to drain it out today and either change the fuel pump or change it to a gravity fed system . Thanks for all of y’all’s help
