Manco Dingo upgrade

Thought I would show a few pics of a Dingo that I am fixing up for my son's 13th b-day. Bought off of CL but it had missing rear cage, no brake caliper, broken support under motor plate and broken seat mounts. Welded and replaced missing parts. Made the rear cage to not extend as far out as the original. Cut out the flat bar that holds the head rest and replaced it with cross bracing. straightened and gusseted the front spindle mounts. Burned off the old powder coat and sandblasted all the pieces. Powder coated all the pieces. Fortunately I can do the blasting and coating where I work so it is cheap and easy to make the rebuild look good. More to come after I finish assembly.

Final assembly photos of the completed Dingo. Just have to install chain and belt and then a test drive.
