Ok so today i put a new set of carlisle knobbys on the back of my manco dingo. The old set were shot and smooth. It also has a predator 212 hemi and I've been riding it for over a month. It was awesome as I could slide through the corners and literally drift around my kids with the throttle stop turned all the way out. Now ha forget it.... it bites in the corner and I can get it up on two wheels like the good ol' Duke boys.

Anyone else seem like theirs is the same way? I'm kind of worried now letting my kids ride it because our track is a horseshoe road course (but on grass). Has very sharp corners. I don't let them ride it with the throttle stop all the way out either.

Just curious what others think......

Well you could get a set of turf tires, they do more sliding than grip welp for the most part. If you still have the old set, toss those back on.

Idk leaning hard doesn't help anymore lol not at all.

I am debating that throwing the old tires back on now ha!

I'm hoping by using a two seater quicksilver and sitting on the left side helps more on a oval. Idk how it will be on the horseshoe but I guess we'll find out.

Both of mine slide just fine and I have only once been scared I was going over. But I was sliding sideways off a down hill turn. Got some air on that one. I had to run out in the mesquites and take some thorns but kept it up right.

Other than that both feel real stable and I ride then hard.
One has 18" turfs and the other has the 22" knobbies. Both have been hopped up and do a good 40mph

Hmmmm I can easily get mine up on two wheels with a stock predator. My daughter once got up on two wheels and saved it with the stock Briggs kart but she ran up over the tire I had marking the turns.

I like traction and a plush ride so I figured my daughter should have the same. That and the front axle was bent bad.
Ended up grafting quad suspension and tires and shortening it to the stock axle.
Also put a 12hp Honda clone engine on with a jack shaft(9 up Briggs motor getting rebuilt). Little top heavy but really stable. Even with me crammed In there and trying to flip it.
Should be even better when the rear suspension and the 9hp is in.

Haven't made up my mind if I like these big lobbies are turf savers better. I do mostly gravel probably using the mower tires on latest build sometimes I just get tired of that grip. Who knows. Got both can play around. Hard to beat those cheap wandas.
