Just wondering how hard it would b 2 put a suzuki 340 nomad snowmobile motor on this type of go kart

as long as it generally fits in the engine area all that would be required is some bracing, new engine mounts, and prob upgrading some parts to handle the extra power/speed.

Depends on how good your skills are, shouldn't be too hard, as r97 said, as long as it fits in the engine bay it should be fine. I'd be upgrading the brakes if I was you!

It'll be a fair bit of work, especially if your current setup is one-wheel-drive. You need to have some fab skills, or a friend with some. As mentioned above, you'd be most wise to address your brakes, steering, bearings, frame, wheels- everything. The kart will have a ton more power and speed, and it's up to you to make sure that you don't render yourself dead.

check out my go kart build man, i'm throwin a snowmobil engine in a trike cart, all custom welded, anti vibe mounts are a big thing, these 2 strokers vibrate like a *****, u wanna make sumthing, i'll have pics of my mounts up sometime when i have time to run to the shop
