Manco Deuce

[Green Machine]

i picked up this Manco Duece for the kids and me , and as with any used purchase there is some stuff that needs attention..... and i am trying to find a local source for parts and a proper service manual.

long story short.... kids ran into the fence and bent the p.s. axle which i think i can straighten if i can get it out (brake rotor hits the frame before the splines clear the axle housing). also the d/s rear wheel lug nut holes are all rounded out (came this way) so i need a 8" by 10" wide rim . and all four shocks are seized

i am sure there is more issues but these are my priorities

You might be hard pressed to find parts for it, as Manco has not been in business for quite a few years now. If you call GoPowerSports in Texas, they should be able to get you parts you need. Not everything they sell is listed online yet.

i was able to straighten the axle today , still working on the damaged rim .i didnt see my exact style 2 seater with a swing arm rear suspension in that list, but i am sure one of them will be close enough to figure out fluid capacities and weights for the 12 hp techumseh .
