Any idea what this bushing is called? It has a C-Clip and I’ve got the measurements but can’t seem find anything like it. IMG_6634.jpeg

The snap ring sets the bearing depth inside the tube or hub, that’s all it does

In a pinch, you can carefully pry up the bearing seals, repack with bearing grease and drive on nearly indefinitely but otherwise the bearings are disposable. They are water resistant but not waterproof.

FYI: The Manco/American Sportworks part numbers still work for the most part, on the interweb.

The bearing in question in the parts list below is reference number 112, part number 5090 “Bearing w/ snap ring” and if you plug ”Manco 5090” into your search engine of choice you usually get several results and at least a description or specs on the bearing. You can try searching for other parts using Manco’s internal parts numbers. Some of those parts are still out there, some not. It’s a crap shoot.

My mistake, the reference number is 19 but the part number is the same. Thought I was looking at a jackshaft bearing or something that really mattered. It’s a bearing for the swingarm.

All good! The link provided in the thread for the bearing was exactly what I needed. Although, the parts manual link you provided was the correct one! I was looking at the wrong one, which didn’t show that part at all! Much appreciated.

That bearing is THE universal go kart bearing oddly enough, better stock up. I used to buy them by the dozen/half dozen at what some vendors charge for one.

I have one more part missing. Part 145 6568 Spanner, looks like some kind of sleeve that goes into that swing arm in between the bearings listed above. Not sure what it downs but can’t find one!
Any ideas?

With out seeing a picture of it.
Im gonna guess its just a piece of tube that slides over the shaft that the bearings are holding. The tube hits the inner races and keeps them from side loading from tightening the apparatus. They are easily replaced but must be custom cut to fit the application.

Just to second WTR, he's right.

From the manual in post #4, part reference number 114, it says it is 5/8" ID. I bet 5/8" electrical conduit would work. Can usually be found as scrap on construction sites.
