I've been making homemade hot sauce. Now, the internet will tell you that the capisiasn level is what keeps it from spoiling.
Well, my "hot sauce " is VERY mild, and SEEMINGLY NEVER goes bad! The store bought stuff goes bad pretty quick..mine JUST DOESN'T!.
