Making go kart.

Hallo,

I try to make a good go kart but it wouldn't go good.

I have many questions:

-If I take a sprocket wheel, how do I must assembly it on the frame of the go kart?
-If I take a sprocket wheel, how does the brakes works?

I've made a list of all the parts I wanna use if it's possible:

-Backside:
- Sprocket wheel:
