hey mad, I really want to talk to you one on one. since I have a mazda miata differential centered on the axle, and the ring gear has been replaced
with the drive sprocket.....that sprocket is firmly where it will always be....with my 212 and series 30 the t/c drive sprocket 9 tooth) lines up perfectly with the axle sprocket ( by design). If I switch to a 420 and 40 series, the only way the chain will line up is if I have the driven clutch starboard. ( apparently is wrong for the sheaves to work together.)
