IF I WERE TO USE A PERFORMANCE STREET BIKE SETUP, AND THINKING NOW THAT THE FRAME WEIGH'S IN AT ABOUT 150 LBS. AND THE RIDER WEIGH'S IN AT 240 LBS. COULD I HAVE A GOOD SETUP USING THE REAR SPROCKET OFF OF THAT STREET BIKE, BEING THAT I WOULD TRY TO USE A 600CC TO A 750 CC BIKE? AGAIN,,USING SOMETHING LIKE A YZF 750R??

Yea, im gonna have to say taking off the roll cage may not have been a great idea if your planning on a crazy powerful bike engine. Imagine that thing flipping on you at 80...

I'd at least put a Fat roll bar behind the seat if your worried about flipping.

But I do agree that low center of gravity idea is something you'll probably need to do if you don't want to see a cross section of your brain pan.
