:wai: On the Manco, looks like you are looking for 1467 RH and 1468 LH spindles. You might try this number 1-800-643-7332 and see if they have any NOS for those numbers anywhere.

Im wondering if i can fill in the king pin hole by welding it and re-drill it since the king pin hole is now oblong and very loose?

I weld in hardened washers.

My gokart had some slop on the "C" where the spindles bolt on. I found some washers that fit really snug around the bolt that attaches the spindle. I took the two washers, put them on top/bottom of the "C" (dont but them IN the "C" because thats where the spindle goes), and bolted them In. I ran a bead all the way around the washer and I was good to go.

:wai: ty ferguson, you are Welcome. I would think that welding and re-drilling you are going to have a problem, as you need to keep the holes aligned to each other. Doing it the way DJEEPER, stated is your best bet. That way using a bolt to align the holes, you can also check the angle of the splindle also.

If you have the abillity to weld, then wouldn't it be easier to just make new spindles.
Maybe not easier, but certainly better. I reached that conclusion recently. The old kart spindle brackets I was going to use on my Warrior fronted were allowing too much slop. I considered a repair, but ultimately made new ones out of flat bar stock.
