Looking at this Manco

It's time to upgrade my daughters go kart and I'm going out to look at this Manco tomorrow, what areas should I take a close look at and what should I know before checking it out?

Too much money IMO. I'd offer $500. That is going to be very underpowered with a 6.5hp motor. Even as the kid grows. The 6.5 is fine in a traditional style kart but a fully suspended kart weighs alot more and will go through belts like crazy if there are hills and such dragging that weight around.

Make sure the motor starts and idles easily. Stab the throttle hard to see if it stalls. Check for cracked welds around all frame points.

I knew the price was way high, I was going to start the offer at $350 but wouldn't go more then $450 unless it's in great shape. Thanks for the info about the engine, wasn't sure how heavy this kart was. I just know my daughter wants a suspension kart so I told her I'd go look at it.

She currently has the Carter that is my avatar so this would be a nice little upgrade if I can get it for the right price.
