I ordered a gx390 carb in case my repair doesnt work. I know there is small difference, I hope it will do it.

These holes are going to be hidden under the gasket.. Normal?

I need help to know where to put my gasket and if I need more than these two.

Here are my gasket..

In what position do I need a gasket? Does position 2 require 2 gasket? Is it only the "spacer" that we see? Should I use liquid gasket ?

There should be a gasket between the head and the spacer, the spacer and the carb, and the carb and the air cleaner (3 gaskets total) in most cases. It looks like in your case, you need 2 of each.

Gasket with hole goes next to carb
Other gasket is between spacer and head
You already have that thick one for between carb and air cleaner

I have a carburetor primer hose on my loncin, but I can't see where to plug it on my GX390 carb, any idea?
