Lights on a Manco

I am a baker by trade who went into the Army. Engines and this stuff is brand spanking new to me. My Question is can I hook lights up to a Predator 212cc Engine and run some lights on it? It would be like running lights I suppose.

a cheap 15$ 12v sealed lead acid battery would do the trick and last for hours and hours with LED lights: 15, 18, 27 watt etc. Just need a simple switch, battery, wire, and a little 12v charger

as far as i know, the predator has no charge coil, but other honda clones (lifan, JF) and the real deal (honda gx200) can have the charge coil/flywheel set up for charging and lights.

I was hoping to avoid the battery route. I'll do more research. Perhaps I could purchase and install a coil or something?
