If you google to affordable go karts they have many parts. I recommend disconnecting your gov. or adding some more springs to the gov arm untill it lets it rev to about 5000 RPM. By adding more springs you are assured That you dont rev it too high and brake something. When you rev it that high I would recommend a billet rod from arc. After that there are endless things you can do with a clone. Just exhaust and intake can easily get you 7hp. As far as sprocket set ups. Id buy a 30 series torque converter and get a 9t engine sprocket and 60t axle. You will have really good acceleration for off road and decent top end.

Worst advice ever! Remove the governor if you plan on going abouve 4K, it's a plastic gear with small metal parts... It's running at a much faster speed then the engine cause the the gear driving it is much bigger so the governor probably runs at 5K when the engine is doing 3600.

This ad says its "based upon the Honda design" so I'd guess Its yet another direct copy of a GX-200.

I keep thinking one of these offshore brands will actualy design their own engine instead of ripping off Honda, but I guess they dont really have any reason to try.

This engine kit should be prety competitive: http://www.affordablegokarts.com/mm...Code=A&Product_Code=BK10&Category_Code=GGBPKK

The "drive shaft sprocket" is usualy atached to your clutch. If your going to race, I'd go with one of the more exspencive race models. You'll find serveral diferent ones here: http://www.google.com/search?source...=1T4DMUS_enUS221US222&q=3/4"+race+kart+clutch
