Weeeeellllll, kinda.... The case he has, has no place to put a starter. It was designed strictly for a dirt bike. Yes, some of them have electric start, but this case was not intended for that.
There are 2 different cases that are electric start. One has the starter on the bottom like in the pic ml-toys posted, and the other has the starter at the top.....
Now, you (op) asked if you could get a reverse gear. Well, yes and no..... Since yours is the 4 up version, swapping out the first gear for reverse would not be cool.... BUT, you could do it. If it was the 1 down 3 up, then yes it very possible (and done often ) to swap 1st for a reverse and then use 1st 3rd and 4th or whatever gear you want to omit.....
